For today's entry,

click here because I'm too lazy to post it in its entirety again. I know...I could copy and paste but I don't want to.

  1. I jumped through hoops last week to comment on the other blog...fill out this, recieve and email, do this, recieve another email... and still apparently my comment didn't go through. Tried again today and I get an error screen.

    Anyway, what I said was:

Don't forget to have fun. Personally, I think having a love of books is more important at this age than actual reading ability. Easy for me to say, I guess since my daughters are wonderful readers. But seriously, don't forget to have fun with words. And try not to worry.

And have you seen those M&M math books? I've never tried them but they look fun.

  2. Grrr. I'm about to say screw the mblog, even though I really like some of the features. I enjoy having people comment on my posts, darn it all!

And you're absolutely right. A love of books is much more important than how well he can read. He won't want to put the effort forth to do well in reading unless he enjoys discovering new stories.
